We claim your flight compensation 10 times cheaper than the big claims firms.*
Most claims firms keep 30% or more of what the airline pays you. We keep 3%. Same law, same claim. Drop your boarding pass or type your flight, and we'll tell you in seconds what it could be worth.

Checking is free. If the airline pays, our fee is 3%. Nothing if we recover nothing. No sign-up fee, no admin fee.
- No account to check
- Boarding pass read on your device
- You approve before we file

3%. Here's how.
Claims firms charge 30 to 50% because people do the work: reading your emails, writing the letters, chasing the airline for months. We built an AI claims clerk instead. It reads your boarding pass, pulls the flight's record, writes the claim and chases the airline until it answers. A person still checks every claim before it goes. Fewer people, smaller cut.
Nothing if we recover nothing.
You don't need us.
You can always claim yourself, free, direct from the airline. We're for the evenings you'd rather not spend on it.
Three steps. About a minute.
Roughly the time it takes to find your seat and pretend you're not watching the person in the aisle.
Gate 23. Still.

Drop it. A boarding pass, a screenshot, or just the flight number and date.

Tap a few answers. Three or four quick questions about what happened. No forms.
Leave it with me.
We chase the airline. You authorise, we review and file, and we handle the back-and-forth.
What it could be worth, and what it costs
UK261 and EU261 set fixed amounts per passenger for delays of 3 hours or more at arrival, most cancellations and denied boarding. Distance sets the ceiling.
Amounts are the most the rules allow, per passenger. Our fee is 3% of what the airline pays. Nothing if we recover nothing.
One passenger, London to New York, four hours late: up to £520 Our fee up to £15.60 You keep up to £504.40
A typical claims firm at 33% would keep about £172 of the same claim.
Fee comparison: the big claims firms' published standard fees, including VAT, read 3 October 2026: AirHelp 35%, Skycop 44%, Flight-Delayed 35%, Bott & Co 50%. Extra fees some firms add for court action are not counted. Across 11 UK and EU claims firms the range is 24% to 50% and the median 33%.
Find every flight you've taken in 6 years
Can't remember them all? Connect Gmail and we'll look for your booking emails, so nothing slips through. You never need this to check a flight.

What we look at: We read only what's needed to find flights. We keep structured flight details (flight numbers, dates, booking references), never the emails themselves. Disconnect any time and we delete what we extracted.
What happens after you check
Every claim runs the same six stages. You approve before we file, and you can see where it is at any point.

The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.
Why is your fee only 3%?
Because software does the reading, the writing and the chasing, and a person only checks. The big firms pay case handlers and call centres, and their fee pays for them. If the airline pays nothing, you pay nothing.
Do I need an account to check?
No. You get an estimate first. If you want us to track and claim it, we'll email you a sign-in link and your account starts there.
Do you keep my boarding pass?
No. We read the barcode on your device and keep only the flight details. If the barcode won't scan, an AI model reads the photo once, in memory; we keep the flight details and throw away the photo and your name.
How far back can I claim?
UK claims can be made up to 6 years after the flight (5 in Scotland). EU countries set their own time limits, and they vary a lot, so sooner is better.
What if the airline says no?
Then you pay nothing. If we think the refusal is wrong, we'll tell you what we can do next before doing anything.
